Gmail is strict about identity, reputation, and recipient engagement.
Identity checks
- SPF authorizes the actual outbound IP or provider.
- DKIM signs with the sender domain.
- DMARC exists and aligns.
- PTR/rDNS matches the outbound host.
- From domain matches the brand sending the message.
Content checks
- Avoid misleading subjects.
- Keep the sender identity recognizable.
- Use clear text, not image-only content.
- Include unsubscribe links for marketing email.
- Avoid link shorteners and suspicious redirects.
Volume checks
- Warm new domains and IPs gradually.
- Send first to engaged recipients.
- Watch deferrals before increasing volume.
- Stop and investigate if bounces or complaints rise.

- Open campaign analytics and inspect provider rows.
- Review failure details for
