Field guidance

  • From should match the brand and verified domain.
  • Display Name should be recognizable to recipients.
  • Subject should be clear and not misleading.
  • Tag Logic should be checked by recipient count before launch.
  • IP Warmup should be enabled for new domains or new egress IPs.
  • Threads should stay on Auto until you understand delivery behavior.
  • Remark is useful for internal launch notes such as audience or purpose.

Success check

The task appears in the table and status moves from pending or processing to done. Analytics should show delivery lifecycle metrics after events arrive.

Common mistakes

  • Launching before the test email succeeds.
  • Sending to the wrong group because the group filter was not checked.
  • Disabling unsubscribe for marketing mail.
  • Increasing threads to force volume through a cold domain.
  • Treating progress as delivery instead of checking lifecycle telemetry.
