Create An API Template
API templates define how application-triggered email is sent.
Create workflow
- Open Developer > Send API.
- Click Create New.
- Enter API name.
- Choose From domain and sender.
- Enter Display Name.
- Enter Subject.
- Choose or create an email template.
- Enable or disable unsubscribe link.
- Enable tracking only if appropriate.
- Choose delivery engine.
- Configure sending profile if KumoMTA is used.
- Add IP whitelist entries if needed.
- Save.
IP allowlist
Use IP allowlists to restrict which servers can use an API key. This is strongly recommended for production keys.
Status
Set inactive when rotating keys, pausing an integration, or debugging.
