Subscribers
Subscribers are individual recipient records inside groups.
Filters
Use filters to narrow a list:
- Group.
- Status: subscribed, unsubscribed, unconfirmed, or all.
- Tags.
- Last active status.
- Email search.
Import subscribers
- Select the target group.
- Click Import.
- Upload or paste recipient data.
- Map fields if prompted.
- Confirm import.
- Review total count and sample rows.
CSV preparation
Use consistent columns:

Edit subscribers
Use Edit to update recipient details or group/tag membership.
Batch actions
Use batch actions for:
- Delete.
- Set Tag.
Batch changes affect all selected recipients. Filter carefully before selecting.
Subscriber status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Subscribed | Recipient is eligible for campaign sends. |
| Unconfirmed | Recipient has not completed double opt-in. |
| Unsubscribed | Recipient should not receive marketing campaigns. |
Best practices
- Import test recipients first.
- Keep custom attributes consistent.
- Tag by behavior or segment, not by one-off campaign names.
- Remove invalid addresses after scans.
Common mistakes
- Importing unsubscribed users as subscribed.
- Using inconsistent casing for the same tag.
- Selecting all rows after filtering without checking the total count.
- Deleting contacts before exporting a backup.
