Groups

Groups are the main containers for subscribers.

Create a group

  1. Open Marketing > Contacts > Group.
  2. Click Add group.
  3. Name the group clearly.
  4. Choose single opt-in or double opt-in.
  5. Save.

Group table

The group table shows:

  • Name.
  • Subscriber count.
  • Opt-in type.
  • Created time.
  • Actions: Settings, Edit, Delete.

Click a group name to open subscribers filtered to that group.

Export groups

Use batch export when you need a backup or migration file. Choose CSV for spreadsheets and TXT for simple line-based lists.

Best practices

  • Use one group per audience purpose.
  • Use tags for segmentation inside a group.
  • Use double opt-in for public subscription forms.
  • Review unsubscribed and invalid recipients before campaigns.
