Diagnose by stage

First questions
- Does the sending domain verify?
- Does a one-recipient test send work?
- Does the selected delivery engine show the message?
- Does PING8 receive lifecycle events?
- Is the recipient suppressed or unsubscribed?
Start with one recipient before retrying groups or campaigns.
