Email Marketing

Email Marketing tasks send campaign email to contact groups and segments.

What the screen is for

Use Marketing > Email Marketing to:

  • Create campaign tasks.
  • Search by subject.
  • View sender, recipient count, success, failed, status, remark, estimated complete time, and progress.
  • Pause, resume, edit pending tasks, copy, view details, and delete.
  • Open campaign analytics.
  • Inspect grouped failure details.

Key concept: progress is not delivery

Progress shows recipient attempt progress. Delivery status comes from lifecycle telemetry such as delivered, deferred, bounced, expired, and complained.

Always review analytics and failure details after launch.
